  1. Error after upgrade to 6.09

Just to let you know that this problem only occurs on one of my two computers. I am going to reload on the affected one to see if the problem goes away. Marina
  2. I am getting a problem with the check for duplicates funtion as it is not working as expected. Here are the steps for recreating the problem: - Select Tools, Check for Duplicates - Select check box next to a non-duplicate - Message "Are you sure you want to mark as excluded pair?" - Select "Yes" The pair then reappear on the list and the number of identified pairs remain the same (i.e. there is no way to mark this pair as excluded). I am using version 6.0.9. Is this a bug? Thanks, Marina
  3. Error after upgrade to 6.09

Thanks Terry. I fixed the source problem. I don't get the other error if I open the sample file, but only with my own file. However, I ran file maintainance to check file integrity and don't get any errors. Marina
  4. I just upgraded my TMG to 6.09 (I am not sure which version I had before 6.0?). Anyway I am getting an error when I open the file "UNKNOWN MEMBER CNTIMAGE 0 APPOBJECT.SHOW" If I ignore the error, my source titles all look like numbers (rather than names). Please help. Marina Note - error screenshots attached in .jpg format
  5. Ok, apparently 6.09 upgrade fixed this problem. I didn't even know there was an upgrade until I started reading the posts before mine. Looks like I fixed my own problem. Thanks for looking anyway.
  6. Hi I am trying to create a relationship chart for a distant cousin but I don't wish to share birth, marriage info on living individuals (myself and my father). I thought that if I selected "Supress Details for Living" on the Miscellaneous Tab of the Options that these facts would not appear on the report. However, they continue to appear. I have checked that both myself and my dad have a flag that says Living=Yes. Any ideas on how I can get this report but without the personal data? Marina
  7. For those of you that have British Census records which census type are you using? I am finding that none of the pre-defined ones have enough fields for the following info: 1861 England Census for George Luke Clark Household, RG9/36 Registration district:Chelsea Sub-registration district:Chelsea North East ED, institution, or vessel:1 Folio:7 Page:11 Household schedule number:63 GSU Number:542561 It seems that I would need the following fields: Record Type: 1861 British Census Household: George Luke Clark Film: RG9//26 (GSU#542561) Census Place: Registration District, Subdistrict Referece: Enumeration District, Folio, Page, Household So did you make a custom source type or use an existing one, and if so, how? Marina
  8. No LDS Reports

Would I be correct in stating that TMG has no LDS options other than the tags? For example, there is no Templeready export (just gedcom) and no incomplete ordinance reports. Marina
  9. I am wondering what difference there is in doing an importing from a Legacy file vs. a Gedcom. There is an issue importing from a Legacy file (some of the source details/comments and citation details/comments are missing - this has been reported as a bug). However, can I just import from a Gedcom rather than a Legacy file? What will I be missing? Marina
