  1. I also experienced the same problem: tried to install the update, installer hung, erased all of TMG 8. I reinstalled from my previous downloaded trial file. It knew my serial no. However it will not check for updates. I am now only able to use 8.0.
  2. I am experiencing hanging while using TMG 7. Believing I may have a corrupt file, my strategy was to download the trial version and re-install. However, when I attempted this, google sent me notice of "attack site" as follows for filekicker. Please advise. "What is the current listing status for filekicker.com?
