  1. I have TMG 9.05.0000 and am running it on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. Each time I start the program in Win 8.1 I have to unlock the full version by completing the details including the Serial Number. Does anyone else have this problem, or any suggestions of what to do? I also run it on Windows 7 on two other machines with no difficulty. I wondered whether the backups created using different versions of Windows could be the cause.
