Problem with restore

I have a project created in V6 that I want to move to V7. Like all the other projects, I backed it up in V6 and then used V7 to restore it. This time for some reason it isn't working.

 

With the other projects after the restore was finished it opened the project. This time it didn't even tho the project was there. When I tried to open the newly restored project I get the error message that it was created with an earlier version and that I should back it up in that version then restore it with V7 (which was what I did to begin with).

 

Any suggestions on what to do would be appreciated, Thnak you.

This is a known issue that happens rarely.

 

Try restoring only the project, filters, accents and exhibits. If that doesn't work, try omitting the exhibits.

 

This may be fixed in v7.02.

Have you tried restoring it again? I had this occur a couple of times in early beta testing and I believe in each case was able to simply restore again successfully.
