Terry Reigel 0 Report post Posted March 7, 2009 I assume that Biography is a custom Tag Type, that either you created or was created during an import from another program. You cannot navigate to a different person with a Tag Entry screen open, so the answer is no, I'm afraid. One thing you could do if you want to view other people with the Tag open is to open a second copy of TMG using the same Project. You can then keep the Tag open in one copy while navigating to anyone else in the other. The easiest way to do that is to open the File menu, and click the first Project listed at the bottom of the menu. When asked whether you want to close the current project, say No. You will likely have to resize the windows of two copies to fit well on your screen. Michael Hannah 0 Report post Posted March 7, 2009 What I choose to do is keep a copy of Microsoft Notepad open while working with TMG. Then I can just copy/paste a whole memo into Notepad and refer to it while navigating to other people. This might be easier for you than having two copies of TMG open at once.
