VirginiaC 0 Report post Posted September 27, 2009 I have noticed that sometimes when I attempt to open a file that I have put in the customized list in Web - Other Sites, there is no file list there, only the Customize... option. I find that if I close and reopen TMG, the customized file list is there. I asked on the TMG mailing list if others had seen this happen. Teresa said yes, and she thought it was a new bug with 7.04. However, I am still on 7.00 and have the problem. It's not major but annoying to have to close and reopen TMG. Virginia C. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

GenerationGoneBy 0 Report post Posted September 27, 2009 Not for me. I find that it can happen even after TMG has been open for a long time. I only noticed it in 7.04. My WEB>OTHER is a large file. And closing and opening TMG fixes the problem so it's not that the program hasn't finished loading it, but rather it's as if it has lost the link to the file from memory or something.
