Jim Byram 0 Report post Posted June 28, 2010 I suspect both of your reports are the same issue. I'm guessing that some or all of the files in your user data tree have the attribute set to read-only and that is interfering with any file writes. You might try clearing the file attributes for the entire tree.
rcarlton 0 Report post Posted July 3, 2010 Not just two reports...every report! I've removed the program and restored it several times with same problem. Also have run maintenance programs several times with no improvement.
Jim Byram 0 Report post Posted July 3, 2010 Read my message above. Make sure that your project files are not set to read only. Make sure that the files in the configuration files folder are not set to read only.
rcarlton 0 Report post Posted July 3, 2010 I can't get the folder to stay not read only. Untick read only, hit apply, OK, OK. Close folder, open folder and check properties. Still says read only!
