However, the quickest way is just to scan the Expanded Picklist, sorted by: Surname, Given name, Birth date. Then type into the search box "Smith, John" (without the quotes) and scroll down among the John Smiths to the birthdate of interest. Now just look over at the Spouse's Name column for Jane. Note that - depending on your current Picklist options - you may have to select the Spouse column to display, as in the attached screenshot.
