Address Tag - add e-mail and using Residence

I am a new user to TMG. I had been using the Address tags for storing both the current address and their previous addresses for a person. After reviewing the forum, it appears that I should be using the Residence tag for previous (historical) addresses and use the Address tag for the current or last address - is this correct?

 

2nd question: I would like to include the person's e-mail address as part of their address. I don't see a field to input the e-mail address. How do I get the e-mail address as part of the Address tag?
