David_Flory 0 Report post Posted March 8, 2013 I have been sent a set of FTM files in their ".ftmm" file format. Is there a way to import these into TMG8? David
Michael Hannah 0 Report post Posted March 8, 2013 Hi David, What version of FTM produced that file? From my TMG Version 8 HELP it says: TMG supports the import of FTM 2008/2009 (ftm, ftmb) databases. Import of FTM 2010 and FTM 2011 databases is not supported. In these cases, using FTM 2010/2011, you need to export to a FTM 2008/2009 database and import that to TMG. Be sure to use a new name for the 2008/2009 export so that you don't overwrite your FTM 2010/2011 database. I don't see ".ftmm" files in that list. Could they be from FTM 2010/2011? Virginia Blakelock 0 Report post Posted March 8, 2013 David - Is that the FTM Mac file extension? FTM has a converter to convert FTM Mac files to FTM, I don't know whether that will give you a file that can be imported into TMG or not. Virginia
