Problem sending report to a file

My program will create Ahnentafel reports with no problem but when I try to have it sent to a file it freezes up and the only I can get out of it is to go to the Task Manager and close the program.

I do get a Variable 'Memo' not found 562 R_Ahnentafel message and another one under that of 'Processing Endnotes/Footnotes' with the progress window below it showing 0%.

 

Any ideas? I have a 64 bit machine.

John, I split your post off from the Tips and Hints forum as you are likely to get more replies here.

 

You say you have a 64 bit machine. I am assuming you are using TMG 8, right?

Try resetting the report defaults - using the Reset Defaults button under the configuration name. I had a similar freeze problem with that report, and resetting the defaults fixed it.

That is great - thanks for letting us know it worked. Any time I have a report problem, I try that button first, and it often helps.
