cherylkroe 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2015 Help, when I enter v9 or v8 it says I have a trial version and I don't, I upgraded a year ago, and then to v9. How can I fix this. I do not have the email any longer with my serial number. cherylkroe @windstream.net. I am crushed this program will not continue to progress. I have loved using it. cherylkroe 0 Report post Posted January 26, 2015 I am running Windows 8 . I read the topic on the issues with it erasing the registration. But how do I get my registration information again. I have called twice today and left 2 message and have not gotten a call back. Please have someone send me an email with the serial number cherylkroe@windstream.net. Send an email message to support@whollygenes.com and request your license information.
