Jim Byram 0 Report post Posted March 27, 2015 Did you download the v8.08 installer and then run that? If not, that's what you should do. Don't use 'Check for an update'. You can download the v8.08 installer here... http://www.whollygenes.com/upgrades.htm You might want to run the installer by right-clicking on it and selecting 'Run as administrator'.
