However it now tells me the trial period is over and requires me to reload the very long ID # everytime I use it unless I don't shut it off. Is there anyway to get past this problem. Jim Byram 0 Report post Posted February 27, 2018 You need to enter your registration information both as standard user and as administrator. To enter the information as administrator, right-click on the TMG shortcut and select 'Run as administrator'. After, unlocking, exit TMG. Note that the registration information includes your first name, your last name, your email address, and the registration number. The last name and email address must be exactly as received in your registration email. The registration number validation depends on those two items so they can't be changed.
