mklopes 0 Report post Posted March 18, 2018 Have not been using for some time and now I am having the same problem about the system error missing MSVCR71.dll with my Dell computer (using Windows7). Saw your post about reinstalling but I cannot find the Program Data folder/files on my computer to delete. can I just download the new installer. should I make a folder for them?
