mgarrison 0 Report post Posted January 13, 2006 I am wondering what difference there is in doing an importing from a Legacy file vs. a Gedcom. There is an issue importing from a Legacy file (some of the source details/comments and citation details/comments are missing - this has been reported as a bug). The answer is to try both and compare the results. There are a few omissions from the direct Legacy import such as the citation and source 'actual text' fields.
