Viper2004 0 Report post Posted May 25, 2006 Hello! When i create a chart (f.ex. Ancestor chart) and select a background-image (.jpg) it looks as if it was reduced to 256 colors. When on the other hand i insert a jpg-image (f.ex. a photo of s.o.) it is displayed in all its beauty. Why is that? Has this problem occured to anyone else? - Phil
RobinL 0 Report post Posted May 25, 2006 I have never noticed this effect as I NEVER use the addition of a background image at chart generation time. I always add an image after the chart has been generated. The user has no control over the background image (can't select it) or adjust it in any way. Adding an image after generation (and sending it to the back) is much more preferable - but only add it after you have done all other edits as it can become annoying during editing. Viper2004 0 Report post Posted May 26, 2006 Hello Robin. It works! Thank you very much!! Still i think the 256 color-problem is a bug.
