Accent not working for Surety

I try to use the Accent feature to mark all persons that have any event with low Surety, e.g. "Any Event max Surety D < 2", but no matter what value I use, no persons are marked.

 

Is this a bug? I use version 6.09.

 

Other Accent filters work fine.

It appears that none of the surety filters work. I've reported the issue.
