Searching for error in Address entry

Hello, all:

 

I'm preparing a mailing list using the Address tag and the List of Events report. All is going well, except for one oddball record, where I apparently entered a cemetery name as Addressee. This prints out in the middle of my report. I can just delete it, of course, but can someone tell me how I can use TMG to find this erroneous entry and fix it?

You could use the List of Events report, with an appropriate filter, but it's probably easier to use the Master Event list (Tools menu). Set the Sort to "Place of event" then start typing the name of cementary entry in the Search field - the offending event should quickly appear.

 

Select that event, and click the "Go to Principal 1" button, and close the screen. The person with the offending tag will be the current focus.
