Neil Grantham 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2006 Is there any way to mimic/replicate the Family Tree Maker 'Genealogy Report' ? I rather like the way it has Generation No 1 etc and then for each person, in brackets it has their father/grandfather Example Caleb3 Brock (John2, Richard1) NB the numbers are superscript showing the Generation number Thanks Neil
Terry Reigel 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2006 I believe what you want can be achieved by: 1) On the General tab of Option, choose "Custom format" as the style. This "unlocks" many of the other options. 2) On the Names tab, check "Back reference generations." Terry Reigel 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2006 Sorry, Neil, I assumed you were already using Journal, and shouldn't have made that assumption. But it looks like you've figured that part out now. Terry
