Half-siblings don't appear on Ancestor Chart

Is there a way to get the offspring of a second marriage to appear among the siblings of an ancestor? My father's two half-sisters disappear when I produce an Ancestor Chart. (They also have a double relationship with me which is not calculated by Relationship--their mother, my paternal grandfather's second wife, was my mother's sister! TMG only calculates the "aunt" part, not the "cousin" part.)
