I tried saving all the TMG files on DVD and reinstalling it on the new machine, but it didn't work. How can I re-download it? Or can I? Or what should I do instead? Thanks. You need to back up any project you wich to transfer. Download and install TMG. http://www.whollygenes.com/files/tmg6setup.exe And unlock the new installation with your registration information. And then restore your project(s). Make sure that you are running the same version of TMG on both machines. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

alacrityrose 0 Report post Posted August 13, 2007 Everything was going o.k. until I got an error message saying "The folder 'C:Windows/Fonts/Foxfont.fon' could not be opened. Please check that your disk is not full and that you have access to the destination directory. Access is denied." I can't even find a folder by that name on my C drive. What now? Virginia Blakelock 0 Report post Posted August 13, 2007 There have been a couple of earlier threads on the foxfont problem - primarily with Vista but also WinXP - so let us know which operating system is on your new computer. If Vista, see Jim Byram's article with guidelines on using TMG with Vista at: http://www.whollygenes.com/files/tmg6andwinvista.pdf Following his guidelines may help with your installation problem.
