=== Cruise News ==================
In a few hours, most of the Wholly Genes staff will set sail for a week in the Eastern Carribbean with about 350 other genealogists, family, and friends for the "2007 Genealogy Conference and Cruise," the largest genealogy conference on the seas.
During the week (Oct 28-Nov 4), the Wholly Genes office will maintain regular business hours but with a very limited staff in the tech support, bookkeeping, and shipping departments. We ask for your patience when corresponding with the staff as they do their best to uphold our standards of quality customer support. If you have a question about The Master Genealogist, we encourage you to contact tech support via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or to use these alternative resources:
Wholly Genes Community Forum
(includes product discussion forums, sample reports, a list of TMG Users Groups, and answers to Frequently Asked Questions, among other resources)
TMG-L Discussion List
(a popular internet mailing list which includes regular contributions from expert TMG users from around the world).
We thank in advance the many members of the TMG community who always volunteer their time to support other TMG users -- and we especially appreciate the community spirit and user-to-support which is so helpful while the staff enjoys this annual event.
We will return on Monday, November 5th, and shortly thereafter there will be news of next year's Genealogy Conference and Cruise, the planning for which is already underway!

=== Interview with Bob Velke ==========
Roots Television recently released a videotaped interview with Bob Velke, the president of Wholly Genes Software. The interview was conducted by Dick Eastman at the Federation of Genealogy Societies (FGS) Conference in August. The interview included some discussion about the basic principles of TMG, some details about the upcoming TMG v7, and a variety of other topics. If you watch the background carefully, you'll also catch glipses of Phil DeSilva (tech support) and well-known TMG users like John Cardinal and Lee Hoffman who were helping at the busy Wholly Genes booth.
