Rosanna 0 Report post Posted June 21, 2010 (edited) This may be simple but I cant find an option in turning off IDs in some reports if I want to. I have looked at all the instructions and cant find a simple answer. I dont want to change anything in the way the systems operats. In TMG 4 you just ticked turn off ID's in create report options. There is a whole lot of complicated stuff I really cant understand but my need is simple. Can someone help me PLEASE? I dont want to turn anything off permanently as I still want reports with ID's. I cant proceed any further until I soldve this problem and I have looked everywhere I can to find the answer. regards JUST FOUND IT BUT I HAD TO GOOGLE IT. I JUST WISH INSTRUCTIONS WERE CLEARER. nbradley 0 Report post Posted June 21, 2010 Rosanna All of the reports have an "Options" button. Click on it and then for most reports click on the "Names" tab. There you will find a section titled "Identifiers". De-select "ID Numbers" by choosing "None" or one of the other options. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
