Where does quote end and reply start ?

Where a forum quote ends and a reply starts is not obvious nor even discernable, and should be with the new forum support. IPS seems to be a step backwards for supporting a forum, so far.

 

What was the matter with the old forum support?

The new version of the board includes classes in the HTML so that quoted sections can be formatted differently, but those classes are not included in the CSS. As a result, the quotes/replies look the same. I presume this is a setting that got disabled somehow or that hasn't been configured yet.

It seems to be working now.

But the ability to turn of signatures on the quick reply screen seems to have been removed. :-(
