Missing Source

I have an unusual problem that I can not figure out. One of my Sources has disappeared from the Master Source list.

I wanted to modify it slightly but I can't find the darn thing anywhere..

What's really perplexing is the fact that it still shows up on reports and it still shows as a citation on the Tag Entry screen.

 

Am I going nuts?? Please help...

The "disappeared" Source is marked as "Inactive." To see it, click the More button on right side of the Master Source List. When you find it, you can make it active, if you want, by selecting Yes in the "Active?" box.

It can be easier to find things in the Master Source List if you are aware of the differences between the More and Less views and how the Source information is displayed in each view.  Here is a side-by-side view:
