Whenever I do I get an error message that reads: Program Error OLE error code 0x80040154: Class not registered Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Jim Byram 0 Report post Posted July 13, 2015 Run the installer. Select [Repair]. That should fix it. There is an explanation in the pinned 'Tips' topic at the top of this forum. enid 0 Report post Posted July 16, 2015 I am having the same problem. I am not very computer savvy. I backed up the file and got the following message "unknown member ROPROTECTIONMAN" i have never gotten this message before. I installed the TMG v8 from the computer so do not have a disk.
