How do I export the Master Place List to Excel, including the designated Place Style for each entry? Thought I remember doing it but now can't find in either TMG or Utility.  Thanks!

Try the Report 'List of Places' in TMG.  There you can set the columns you want and send to Excel.

You can also use the Export Data > Places feature in TMG Utility.

That's it John, thanks! I had tried Utility before but didn't change option from XML to HTML. This is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks, all!            ~Carol

John, what is the "ID" number in the first column on that HTML export?

TMG has an internal record number that is unique to each exhibit record. TMG Utility exports that as the first column and calls it "ID". It would be useful to someone who wanted to update the TMG database based on editing the XML data. Everyone else can safely ignore it.
