ggilbert1 0 Report post Posted March 8, 2006 I've searched through all the menus, and help, cannot find the facility to add a lab and corresponding templates. There are a few templates for Family Tree DNA, and Relative Genetics. Searching the forum I've found this in the announcement of V6.0 TMG v6 supports a variety of current DNA fingerprint tests from popular laboratories and can be expanded to support other tests and laboratories using a powerful template system. The Master Genealogist v6.00 released, 22 December 2004 I am in the process of having my yDNA tested by DNA Heritage, and would like to enter this in TMG when the results are returned. The Relative Genetics 43 marker template is close, but not exactly the same as the DNA Heritage 43 marker test. Will there eventually be a facility within TMG for users to make/edit their own list of markers. DNA Heritage lets the customer choose each marker if they desire so to do.
