I've entered the name variation I want in Name-Other, but the Primary Name is what appears in the Source footnotes. Terry Reigel 0 Report post Posted May 30, 2006 If you enter an ID# in the Name - ID# field it will be used rather than the Name - Other field, as you discovered. The solution is to remove the ID# from that field, and leave the name as you prefer to see in the the Name-Other field. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
