How can you choose a primary name and yet have another name appearing in the picklist: e.g. I have a person with first names "Joanne Maria Aleydis", who was known as "Alice". I want to have the full name as the primary one, but want to see only "Alice" appear in the picklist. I defined a nick-name "Alice" and chose the filter "synonyms", but nevertheless both names keep appearing. How can I get what I want? John Cardinal 0 Report post Posted October 21, 2006 I don't think you can do it. if you have the picklist set to display primary names, then it isn't going to show the "Alice" non-primary name. If you have it set to display all names, then "Alice" will show, but so will the primary name. Why not make "ALice" the primary name? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
