cswhite1968 0 Report post Posted March 27, 2013 Upon trying to open TMG earlier a message stating that a TMG update is available was clicked and directions followed. During the download install, another message appeared that said the download failed. After clicking out, my icons and program has disappeared. Backup files, etc. are still in the my documents folder, but I cannot open the program. I am planning on downloading the trial version of TMG and entering my code number. cswhite1968 0 Report post Posted March 27, 2013 Thanks Jim, l saw that post but did not understand all of it. I downloaded the trial version on the TMG site. Afterwards I clicked on repair software and all of my projects reappeared and I believe the program is also updated. I did not have to enter the DVD product code.
