Moving data from V7 to V8 and back

I have both version 7 and version 8, one on a laptop and the other on a pc. am I able to move files both ways or only up (ie 7-8) ?

 

Alternatively can I install V8 on both computers?

TMG8 projects are not backward compatible with TMG7.

Alan,

 

Yes.

 

And if you intend on continuing to use TMG, as many of us do, you need to keep a copy of the installer, and the key, in a safe place in case it is no longer available for download in the future.
