PDF printing

Hi

 

After installing TMG 6.11 I ddin't uninstall "Wholley Genes pdf writer " with the aim of printing to pdf from other applications.

 

However I've tried printing a jpg file to pdf from ACDSee and it says it's printing .......but I can't locate the .pdf file ??

 

Any suggestions ??

What did you name the file in the report options? I am not using ACDSee, but that is the first place I would look. IF it's not there, then it's possible that the two programs aren't communicating.

A very global and general suggestion just in case you have not already tried it....

 

i. e. if you are using WIN XP as OS....

 

On your Desktop click on Start > My Computer

select your Hard Disk Drive i. e. "C:"

then click on "Search"

 

a sub-window appears "Search by any or all of the criteria below."

 

in the line "All or part of the file name:" type in PDF

then click on "Search"

 

That searches for all PDF files on your harddisk "C" in this example.

After the search is finished you get a corresponding list of PDF files including the path name.
